WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders placed Monday - Thursday will be shipped out 1 - 2 business days after you've placed your order. Orders placed Friday - Sunday will be shipped 1-2 business days after the weekend. A shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email when your order has left the warehouse. Please note that our shipping department is closed all major French holidays and from Christmas through New Year's day.

I'M UNSURE ABOUT SIZING AND FIT. WHAT DO I DO?

We’ve provided a size and fit guide for you to help determine your size for clothing and swimwear. Also, garment measurements are provided on each product page. If you would like more help, please contact our customer service.

I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE! WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you’ve ordered the wrong size/item, you will have to e-mail our customer service at care@amusesocietyeu.com. We do not propose exchange once an item has been validated and paid.  

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED OR ITEMS FROM MY ORDER CANCELLED?

Unfortunately, some items may be out of stock. We apologize if your order or an item from your order was cancelled.

I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEM WITHIN MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?

That's a big bummer, lets figure out why that happened. We ask that you please contact our customer service team at care@amusesocietyeu.com, to ensure that your refund or warranty replacement is properly processed. Please do not return the product without contacting our customer service team first.

IS THERE A WARRANTY FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?

Yes! Amuse Society covers any apparent malfunctions or defects in material or workmanship under warranty for 30 days from the original purchased date. Apparel and accessories are only covered when purchased from AmuseSociety.com or an authorized dealer. The apparel warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, improper care, or negligence. If a product is qualified under our warranty, Amuse Society will repair or replace the item with an existing comparable item, if not the same item. If you purchased the product from an authorized Amuse Society dealer location/website, please contact the retailer directly. If you purchased the product from www.amusesociety.com, please email us at care@amusesocietyeu.com if you feel your damaged item qualifies under this warranty.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

In order to create your return label, please follow the link to our return portal: https://amuse-society.shipping-portal.com/rp/ 

Stick the return label on your package and drop it at your local DPD agency (France), Colissimo (Belgium, Netherlands) DHL EXPRESS ( Rest of Europe)  shipping location.

WHAT DO I NEED TO INCLUDE WITH MY RETURN?

Your return package should include the unwanted merchandise in original, unused condition, with original tags and a note with your name and order number written on it.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

We will process your refund within 2 to 5 working days. You will be credited within a maximum of 10 days (depending on your bank's processing time).

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

We do not offer international shipping from our European Online Store at this time.
